The staff is so kind and patient. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered.
I went in as a new patient with a broken tooth, but it wasn’t just a simple extraction. The team that worked with me was wonderful! I let them know that I can get pretty anxious with dental work, and they catered to my need. You guys went above and beyond to help me get through that with very, very little anxiety. I really can’t thank you enough and I’ll be going back next month for a comprehensive exam to get back on track.
Was going to book an appointment here and was told Medicaid patients only get appts 10am - 2pm (as someone who worked in dental 10 years I know these are the hardest to fill slots). So basically I have to take a large portion out of my kids school day because they are low income and on medicaid. Had my kids had some premium insurance they could have an after school appointment but because they are low income they are expected to miss school. Was extremely disappointed today during my conversation with Angela. She was very unhelpful in answering my questions, and was very short and rude with me on the phone. This was not the kind of caring compassion I was expecting to receive. Unfortunately, the doctor may be great, but I cannot look past Angela's dismissive and impolite behavior. My entire family will be going elsewhere, as we are no longer interested in becoming new patients after such treatment.
I highly recommend this office. Everyone there is very professional, polite,kind, caring, etc. The best dentist appointment I have experienced in my life.
The staff is very professional. I usually hate getting my teeth cleaned but they were very gentle.
Poor customer service. they really SUCK!!! Call the wrong number to confirm. and won't see child.
