Great experience! Kept secure and easy to work with! (I stored a school bus!)
Do Not Go Here! 5 days not got in gate with code given. Gate access code given does not work. Worker putting lock in my unit let me in to do 1st unload last friday. My Code would not work for him either. Said he call management. Still no access after 5 days of calling talking to people in ASIA. No management on site. Promised today code would work. Had truck to unload and still not working. Talk to different person each day and go through same routine. Then they say sorry.
They are very nice and professional. The rates are very reasonable. I have been with them for a couple years and have never had an issue.
Very please with the customer service, very polite. Facilities are very clean and love the double gating system. Glad I found Tri-Tower which is close to home and very reasonable on pricing for my large RV.
