When the roof on my mom's house in ********** was damaged by a recent and severe hailstorm, I was researching roofing contractors. I have had success with all the small jobs called in to Eric T****** & Ms Amy performed by Tri Tex Roof systems at our Residential & Commercial properties. This last Warehouse roof job called in to Eric exceeded expectation as it was done very speedily & on the same day as called in....both the Tenant & I were very pleased to have the water entry quickly stopped through a roof penetration. I’ve had a lot of roofs replaced over the years. I can honestly say these were the two best roofing replacement experiences I’ve ever had. The Tri-Tex crew were punctual, very tidy and followed through with everything they said they would. There wasn’t a spec of material or trash left at either location. I cannot say enough positive things about Tri-Tex Roof Systems and their staff. From my initial conversations with Amy to the professionalism of the crew who came out to replace my roof all were a pleasure to work with. I had a couple of questions and a concern after the install. Amy thoroughly explained the process and sent someone out to inspect my concern. It was a minor fix and was done immediately. I highly recommend them.

We have had a miserable experience with this company. We bought our home in November. There was an issue with the living room ceiling leaking found during the inspection period. Tri-Tex “fixed” it in September. It’s now February and we’ve had to have them come back out again and again to fix the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t return your phone calls, and sadly it took negative reviews on yelp and alike pages for them to even return our calls. I just purchased a house this past November. There was a leak in the roof and part of the stipulations to us closing on the house was the leak was to be fixed. The previous owners used this company for the repairs. Everything seemed all great until the next rainstorm when the roof began to leak in the exact same spots that were supposedly fixed. I have called them numerous times to get them to come fix the problem they were suppose to originally have fixed and they have failed to return any of my calls. Strongly advise again... read more
