No Stars, DVR / Ransom! Byron said "Your DVR is way out of warranty". He was adamant that my DVR had only a one year warranty and also that the company would not accept it back unless it was with the original box and packaging. Digital Watch Dog says UNTRUE; the unit has a 5 year warranty and they don't care what box its returned in and that I am only liable for shipping it to them. Move on and save yourself! Bryon is NOT the owner for you! I would strongly keep away from Tri-Tech! Watch out for the contract, this guy will burn you! Better luck buying and having your monthly service going with an honest company! He even changed all of our passwords and will not change them back on OUR OWNED EQUIPMENT!
