A little unorganized This place is ok to rent from but make sure you get copies of everything otherwise they'll just forget all about everything. Also get receipts of the deposits you make or they'll try to charge you for damages which should be covered by your deposits when you 1st move in. Othen than that, this place is pretty good. Unethical, won't return phone calls, took our money, what a scam! I was the very first person to pay the $100 application fee to rent a house I really liked. This company strung us out for 11 days while not returning my phone calls before giving us an answer. I was told by the receptionist (because the rental agent wouldn't return my calls) 4 days before they rejected us that our application had been processed. The reason for our rejection: they decided to rent the house to another couple!!!! Do what??!!! How unethical is it... read more
The most awful management company out there! BEWARE! A pipe busted in my house on Christmas Eve and I had water everywhere. Teresa tried to blame me for it! The water ruined my cabinets and the carpet and the place smelled like mildew. Nothing was fixed until May! Teresa is unorganized, rude, and extremely unprofessional! Don't even think about getting your deposit back! I was paying $925 last year and then they upped it to $1200 this year! It was a blessing in disguise for me...I bought a house and got the hell away from Ma... read more
Confusing Company I used to be with the company but just not anymore. This place was so unorganized that they still can't find my pet deposit. At 1st they seems great but soon as I rented from them they were never around when something needed to be fixed and was just overall lazy with there companies. I'm am so thrilled I'm not long with them. Please be aware this company will not care if you have no a/c in Florida weather. PROS: Nothing, Horrible unkept properties CONS: Very bad company...Buyer beware
