Gotta try to counter this other 1* review. I work for a local cafe and have only ever used tri tech for our fridge repairs. Always helpful on the phone, given good heads up of the window when they’d arrive, and quick diagnosing/ problem solving. Usually back up and running same day as the visit , otherwise handled very quickly
Tom was quick to respond and had us back up and running within the hour!
I had a very negative experience with this company. 2 out 2 employees that i dealt with rude. I recently purchased 2 commercial floral coolers for my business. They are under warranty and needed to be serviced. I was expecting the Tri tech Technician on Friday however he showed up unannounced on Saturday completely unprepared to do any sort of work.
