The salesman talk and the action after didn't match up. I would recommend a friend with caution. They are not the best at communicating pertinent information. They were quick to make sure the salesmen was good and would check to see how initial installation went. And also to tell me they were going to come out for second half. However, they were not clear on all time it would take to get it installed and the fact that it could be delayed. It was delayed due their lack of coordination with my power company and permitting. Do not trust this company. Hi GM Rob you are a terrible GM. You are not allowed to threaten to come on my property and threaten to take my property that we 1/2 paid for and not give us our money back until you get the generac that we paid more than half on. That is against the law. Me raising my voice if freedom of speech. Don't ever threaten your costumers again. That is against the law. Brice was amazing and he was our electrician.
