I needed a difficult to source part, these guys were able to get it for me, but on the day I was passing through, they were going to be closed by the time I got there. One of the staff was heading in my direction, so I paid for it over the phone, and they met me at a truck stop and handed the part to me. You don't get customer service better than that!
I called a day before and was told to be there by 7 so I can get in and out .. So I make it there at 6:30 .. At 7 service advisor comes out and I tell him I needed the truck parameters adjusted and the water in fuel sensor replaced.. he put me in the system and didnt tell the mechanics I assume .. after waiting 1 hr this lady finally comes over and ask was I helped .. I said the guy wrote me up but that was it .. so she goes and get the lead mechanic and I tell him what I needed about adjusting the parameters and turning the... read more
