I had some technical issues that required no parts and in fact it was a warranty item. From the very moment I arrived I received a friendly greeting from everyone I encountered, and that was several folks . The issue took a few hours to work through and I was given updates from Christopher in the Service Department as time passed. There was plenty of coffee and a clean restroom, so I was content. I went in with a new Pioneer that had an air leak. I arrived a little bit before lunch and Jason came out and pretty much pin pointed the leak. They got me in a little after lunch and I was back on the road. All together I was there about 2 hours and I didn't think that was too bad for a busy shop. Good job!!

I arrived here at 2 a.m. with the dreaded Derate in 60 warning. I had planned on staying in their driveway until opening but the security guard let me in the parking lot to stay the night. I awoke at 15 til 7 and went in to get service started and was met by one of the mechanics who informed me they don't get there until 7:30 and offered me coffee and showed me where it was.
