I arrived here at 2 a.m. with the dreaded Derate in 60 warning. I had planned on staying in their driveway until opening but the security guard let me in the parking lot to stay the night. I awoke at 15 til 7 and went in to get service started and was met by one of the mechanics who informed me they don't get there until 7:30 and offered me coffee and showed me where it was. I'm very hesitant to write a negative review for any dealer, because I don't know when I might need them in the future. There won't be any future dealings with these people, they are absolute low-lifes. We took our truck here to have some simple parts replaced. One part we already had, and another expansion valve we purchased from them for about $85. We waited close to 6 hours for a quote that came back at a little over $5400! They included the price of the parts (that we already paid for) but I'm sure they would have been h... read more
I needed a difficult to source part, these guys were able to get it for me, but on the day I was passing through, they were going to be closed by the time I got there. One of the staff was heading in my direction, so I paid for it over the phone, and they met me at a truck stop and handed the part to me. You don't get customer service better than that!
