Very expensive!!! Try to avoid if possible, the only reason I went was because it was the closest volvo part dealer near me otherwise I'd gladly go somewhere else!!!
Brought my truck here told them it had a fridge with my food in it not turn kill the power. Service guy said they would plug it into shower power when in the shop and APU would be on when it was out. I get back to my truck and all my food it spoiled because they didn’t turn the APU on. They service guy even put a note on the paper work about it so I lose $70-100 worth of food because trucker live in their trucks and this truck center don’t care. This company is a scam. They just simply don't know what they are doing. $10,000 later and they dont even address the original issue for bringing in the truck.
Thank you for getting our truck back on the road. But what really made me happy was that the guys from the service helped me with a problem with the fuel in the refrigerator. We were transporting cargo in -10 degrees, and we had to stand for a couple of days.
