The storage unit I rent is for an association I belong to. We have things that are needed seasonally. The reasonable rates, comfortable access, and cleanliness have made Tri-State Storage an excellent partner with our group. Plus having access by a number of people we choose to give keys to makes picking up things we need for events very easy. Having automatic rent payments drawn from my account is super easy and has been very secure.
I rented an outdoor spot for my trailer. Easy to book a spot online. Easy access to the gate. Spots are a little tight. If you are not good at backing you will have difficulty. Overall decent place. Would rent again.
I sincerely appreciate Tri-state Storage being very affordable for the 3.5mo that I needed them for. However, the only disappointment I have is that a couple of my boxes were damp on the bottom with the faint moldy smell. I know you can't help that without reconstruction. Bottom line, thank you for helping me transition from an out of state move.
Completely phenomenal experience after my son passed away. I would rent (keep renting) from them in a heartbeat!!!!
Very nice ppl own it. They take excellent care of the property. They also remove the snow this way you can get in and out easily
