Homeowners be careful. This company is very slippery. They do not follow through with their word. Consider carefully any bids that you receive from this company. Do not sign a contract Shewell agreement with them and less you thoroughly understand the binding language that they have carefully crafted into their documents. Tri State fixed our roof when it started leaking this last year. Did a great job for a good price. Their crews were professional and well trained. We're really happy with the work, haven't had any problems since.
BUYER BEWARE! Roof leaks.They tried to blame it on the windows. And a vent pipe. Finally, they tried to say it wasn't under warranty. Dishonest as the day is long. Save yourself grief and leaks, go with ANY OTHER COMPANY.

We appreciate your point of view, but we were not the owners of Tri State Roofing at the time your roof was installed, nor did we have control of it. In addition, the original owner was advised at the time the roof was installed that the windows were installed incorrectly and we're just above roof level. The warranty was through the old owner, but that was not the problem. The warranty was for the original owner of the home and the one who paid for the roof, and was not transferred properly to the new owner. We had and have ... read more
