Have been with Tri state pools for 6 years. Most amazing, attentive and complete customer service we have experienced.We would not have such a gorgeous, chemistry balanced pool without them! Thank you!
Customer service was horrible. I was there on Saturday afternoon. There were 2 employees. An older lady who assisted a guy and son. The other was sitting at a table. Another gentleman who was actually with me came inside. Him and I looked around the store with not 1 person asking if we needed help. An older white lady came into the store and the young lady who sat the entire time immediately got up, walked the counter, asked if she needed help, and immediately assisted her. Needless to say I will never go back!
