I met him through IRS web page as a certified agents, but they didn’t address my request, weren’t even able to solve a rejection letter from IRS in one year, even though I have paid in advance 700 dollars, now they are not answering my emails or calls, I feel they robbed me. I do mot recommend their service at all.

Wanted to add a name to a deed. Was done incorrectly taking my mom’s name off altogether and just having my name on the deed. Have been trying to get this corrected since Oct 8 to no avail. This is now beginning of February and my mom is worried she will lose all her senior discounts for taxes because of this mistake. I should not have to go somewhere else to get this corrected and put more money out when it was not our mistake. Have sent several emails to get this fixed. And nothing has been done.

Requested a full search (title, liens) on a property I was considering buying. Report arrived several days after it was promised. Meanwhile, the property was taken off the market. Very disorganized. At one point, owner dialed my number thinking she was phoning a title agent.
