I saw him today for the first time. He was very patient with my questions and very professional. I was taken back promptly and seen without a long delay. Everyone was nice and treated me like very nice. Please though. Tell him who John Oliver is (LOL). I was telling him about this video and the doctor on it who did my knee replacement (He comes in at 8:05 if you don't want to watch the whole thing). Dr Lock is a wonderful surgeon. He did a full knee replacement in late July. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His staff is professional and very friendly.
