I made the 74 mile trip to check out their 2023 Chrysler 300. After a test drive there were a few things wrong one being a wobble bad enough to rattle the dash at highway speeds. When I informed the salesman about it he made excuses why it would do that and DIDNT offer to fix it. A $24,000 car. They don't budge on their "as is". They didn't value my interest in the car, I didn't buy it. I won't be going back.

None of this is true, nor could you present a title for the vehicle you wanted to "trade in". You were upset we only offered you $300.00 for "your" car that was only worth scrap. Our "as-is" warranty guide shows that any vehicle out of manufacturer warranty is as-is with the exception of any aftermarket warranty purchased. We sold the vehicle later that day to a customer who did not have one complaint about it. Sorry for your frustration that seems out of place towards us. Thanks for stopping by!
I never heard back from them so had to call dealership. When I got salesman she told me it was available but they had gone up on price almost $4000 that day. Lost all interest in vehicle or dealing with them going forward.
