Fast and reasonable
Jeff replaced our irrigation box and fixed a cut wire. Great job and experience!
True professional and very reliable. My yard is lush and green and the envy of the neighborhood.
Tri state started cutting our grass in March. They stated a yearly mulch was included in the service agreement. When I asked for it to be done, he stated that I had to buy the mulch. This was not clear on the agreement up front. We decided to part ways and he has refused to refund me a months service. I'm having to settle this in small claims court. My impression is that he doesn't do what he agrees to. Do not pay him for anything he hasn't already done. He may not do it.
