They are horrible with servicing your truck.Take your truck elsewhere. These people make you sit for a month for something simple. Horrible repair shop
Recently had service done here. Take it from me, Find another Shop. Tri-State isn't a bad company but the Service manager at this location on multiple occasions has; Overcharged "as in over the coals"; Milked "as in taken two hour jobs and stretched them into 3 days"; Promised completion of a job knowing that I was driving 200 mile round trip to pick up my repaired truck, only to get there and not even have the job started yet.
