This company seems to be about getting your money and taking off. Will hopefully never need again. Will hopefully be able to find service from another company in the future; and do not recommend for anything over $500. The issue I had was that the Supervisor of Installation did not review my order, clarify expectations, discuss the invoice when arriving or even greet me like all the workers did which was super rude. Great Service! Was having problems with my a/c and contacted Tri State. In a short time I received a call and Frank came out - gave me an estimate on the phone - said he thought it needed coolant. This was the case. He was there very quick. Was very kind and helpful. Gave me a very fair price. I would definitely use the company again and would recommend them to friends or family.
In July of 2018 I had Tri State Home Services install a Lennox air conditioning system at a cost of $7591.00 I trusted that this was a fair price. In 2019 I needed to replace my second 19 year old air conditioning system. This time I got 3 estimates. Tri States estimate this time was for $6975 to replace the old system with the exact same type system they installed in 2018. Tri States price was the highest, The lowest price was $4936. I have had Sunn to come out to my home and I must say that I have been very pleased. The appointment was fast with a call saying they were on their way. When I spoke with the office, the ladies took time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. So far, I have been very please with the corporation and look forward to working with them.
