One side of our garage door went up and the other side didn’t. Our local dealer was on vacation so I had to look in Sioux Falls which is an hour away. I called Tri-State and 90 minutes later they were at our door. They went right to work and 20 minutes later they were finished. No drama and no new parts - these guys knew what they were doing. I called for a broken spring on a garage door about 11:30 am. Travis & Dallas called about 2:30 saying they were on their way. They had it fixed in no time, looked over my other garage door, oiled a few things, answered my questions & were on their way in no time. They were nice & helpful & appeared to enjoy their jobs.
