Fast friendly service, they knew exactly the replacement spring I needed and had it in stock.
Tri-State installed my garage doors and openers 33 years ago when I built my house and they have done all my service work since then - fortunately because they do such quality work I have need very little service. But any time I do, they always provide very fast service and do great quality work - I highly recommend Tri-State Garage Door!
They were able to come out the same day to assess- gave a great quote, and were able to fix the issue the same day as well. Very professional, kind, didn't gauge on price. Honestly, was so completely impressed by their service from start to finish! Would HIGHLY recommend!
