As a homeowner in an HOA managed by Tri-State Enterprises, I have to say they are the least capable property managers I have encountered. Requests for service go without responses for months, and property owners are accused of causing the same issues they report. I would not recommend this unprofessional property management company to any HOA board.
I've found them to be professional, responsive, and helpful. Every maintenance request I've sent has been promptly addressed and issues are resolved fairly quickly. They're also on top of communications that impact my building, and plenty of notice is given for issues that may affect us (nearby construction, painting projects, etc). I've been happy with several upgrades we've had in our building, including fiber internet in our parking garage.
Employees of Tristate are extremely incompetent especially a guy named Antonio. He is unprofessional and will disrespect you for a simple maintenance requests. He resolved all the unresolved issues and will take everything personally even though we pay HOA and has all the rights to ask for maintenance and serving the community rightfully.
The company only cares about money. To request money from us, they broke the rules written on papers by themselves, without any reasons! What a shame... I would avoid this company. If Google allows I should give it 0 star.
Extremely rude staff specially Antonio. Will talk down to you for no reason. Extremely bad at their job. Just asking CCRs related questions started them hurling personal attacks on me. They blatantly resolve the unresolved maintenance requests saying the portal is a curtesy to make you feel that we are lucky to even have it. Well, maintenance requests are not queries that you resolve upon just responding.
