Absolutely terrible
Just walked in to 2133 Leghorn St, Mountain View, CA office extremely rude and unprofessional people. Not recommended doing business with this company
The guy is so rude. I do not recommend this place
Currently renting and our back lot is always full of cars by the end of the day. There’s a sign for tow and I’ve seen multiple people park in our lot and walk across the street to a separate apartment complex. Called the tow company once and they can’t tow cars without permits without getting an Ok from tri state. Contacted management, they pretty much don’t care this is happening and told me to leave a note on the car. Owners and renters are paying HOA fees for letting outsiders use the lot. Ridiculous.
