Currently renting and our back lot is always full of cars by the end of the day. There’s a sign for tow and I’ve seen multiple people park in our lot and walk across the street to a separate apartment complex. Called the tow company once and they can’t tow cars without permits without getting an Ok from tri state. Contacted management, they pretty much don’t care this is happening and told me to leave a note on the car. Owners and renters are paying HOA fees for letting outsiders use the lot. Ridiculous.
Unprofessional agents. Thea are Harassing and soliciting the residents.
To the owners of Tri State, you can thank Nick and Antonio for this one star review. Even though they were both very rude on the phone I gave them the benefit of the doubt in hopes they would be better in person. Unfortunately, they were not. While on the phone, Nick kept cutting me off before I finished. He never understood what I was asking for. On top of that, he hung up on me!
