We asked Tri-state to provide a quote for HVAC equipment. We explained to them what all we needed on the quote. They provided the quote. We then used their quote to perform job pricing to our customer, and then booked the job with our customer. We have now driven all the way to Athens, GA to pick up the equipment for the scheduled job, and realized that their quote was only for a portion of what we actually requested from them.
