I usually go to insight eye care, which they are fantastic!!!!! They just didn’t have the equipment needed to look further into my eye. I’m a very patient person, the wait was unusually long which didn’t bother me. I understand things happen and it can get busy. What I am upset about is the service I received specifically from one of the assistants (Olivia). I was taken to the back, placed in front of a machine. Office staff & Doctor were very comforting as I was very scared about what was going on suddenly with my eye. They took care of me right away.
I really appreciate the office keeping appointment times. They got me in promptly and I would definitely recommend them.
