Frank was very helpful and professional. I'm a single mom and don't know much about cars. Frank made sure I knew everything there was to know about my car ...a 2009....and made the financial part easy to understand. I will not hesitate to buy another car here again if I am buying a used car. Car shopping is horrible and Frank took the worry out of it!!
I honestly would not even leave the star Was going to Look into a purchase on a jeep would not even let me test drive it Said that I had to be approved And finalize purchase before test driving the vehicle upon arriving At the shop the first time the mechanic that works here was falling all over the place drunk smashed his phone And face on the concrete do not recommend at all horrible customer service and Employees drinking working on your vehicles not safe….
Wonderful people and great service on your vehicles. Mike does awesome low cost oil changes and brakes and Kristen does a fabulous job on the auto detailing. Frank and Mike go above and beyond to sell the best quality cars out there. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!
HORRIBLE. BEWARE!!! We had great dealings with them on November 9th. My daughter had wrecked and totaled her car. We found a replacement here. At first my daughter thought the floor felt wet, but I felt it, the body shop guy that is a partner felt it and we didn't feel a problem. turns out there is a huge problem. the trunk fills up with water after a rain which in turn leaks into the floorboard. after the recent freeze, she had to literally scrape the inside windshield of the car to get the ice off.
