Horrible Experience. The owner of the company actually hung up on me after telling me I sounded young to him and asked him what age had anything to do with relevance of the conversation. He couldn't update me or provide me with the name or phone number as to who to call to get an update about an appraisal for a home he is the one providing the loan for.
