Katrina has been nothing but attentice and empathetic, always actively listening to my needs and making me feel truly cared for. Her dedication and professionalism are unmatched. For someone looking for a new primary care doctor who just moved out of state, I understand there are protocols. But, please train the people who pick up your phones to be a little nicer and not be snarky and laugh at the people trying to do business with you guys. It surely doesnt make a good impression when they are the first point of contact. I dont get where the rudeness stems from.

Everyone is so nice. I really like my doctor. She actually took her time with me. I got to ask about everything I had questions about. She is very in depth. She makes sure I understand. She has my best interest at heart. I’m lucky to have found her and the other staff. Thank you guys so much for everything. They are also very clean.

I’ve been in several times to see Katrina Lee and each visit is phenomenal. The front desk and medical assistant are always efficient and kind. I am very grateful to have found a provider that takes the time to listen to your concerns and really cares about your wellbeing.
