Lucretia at Sulphur Spring knew everything about me before I gave him my $35 fee she they kept it after 2 weeks even though she gave me a key and apartment number I've watched this woman take people application fees she want the access information bank account information she take Water and Light bills in the office even though they're paying it to the water company light company she need to be investigated cuz the law say she could not put people out and she have her harassed many people in Sulphur Spring
