Tri-Star was responsible for repaving our entire neighborhood, which included extensive updates to drains, access points, street signs, and more. Before they started, there were signs letting the neighborhood know about this major project amid a fully operating neighborhood of homeowners needing to come and go as usual. This company is awful!!! They are doing rode work in my neighborhood. They ran over my brick mailbox a month ago and still haven’t fixed it. We are getting the run around from the main office and the foreman on the job. Be careful, they don’t care about property damage to private citizens.

I am reviewing Tri-Star Construction LLC, located in Tulsa, OK. I state this because it seems that others have the company confused with another contractor (as there are several Tri-Star companies and this one is strictly municipal/government contracts). This company truly takes pride in their work, paying attention to detail and finishing projects per provided spec. I had an absolutely terrible experience with the receptionist at this place. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and even abusive towards customers. Instead of helping, he raised his voice, used offensive language, and made the whole interaction very unpleasant. This is completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a customer-facing role. I would never recommend this place to anyone until they take serious action against such unprofessional staff.
