I had an absolutely terrible experience with the receptionist at this place. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and even abusive towards customers. Instead of helping, he raised his voice, used offensive language, and made the whole interaction very unpleasant. This is completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a customer-facing role. I would never recommend this place to anyone until they take serious action against such unprofessional staff.
Employees are highly unprofessional. Project managers are difficult to work with, never keep appointments, and rude to our office staff, particularly the women. Payment to vendors exceeds 90 days and they're very unorganized and mismanaged.
Drilling at 6:20AM is illegal in the city of Tulsa. These guys were drilling at 5th and Denver right outside of our apartment building and the Residence Inn hotel. So disrespectful especially on a weekday.
