This company is awful!!! They are doing rode work in my neighborhood. They ran over my brick mailbox a month ago and still haven’t fixed it. We are getting the run around from the main office and the foreman on the job. Be careful, they don’t care about property damage to private citizens.

I am reviewing Tri-Star Construction LLC, located in Tulsa, OK. I state this because it seems that others have the company confused with another contractor (as there are several Tri-Star companies and this one is strictly municipal/government contracts). This company truly takes pride in their work, paying attention to detail and finishing projects per provided spec. I had an absolutely terrible experience with the receptionist at this place. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and even abusive towards customers. Instead of helping, he raised his voice, used offensive language, and made the whole interaction very unpleasant. This is completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a customer-facing role. I would never recommend this place to anyone until they take serious action against such unprofessional staff.
Employees are highly unprofessional. Project managers are difficult to work with, never keep appointments, and rude to our office staff, particularly the women. Payment to vendors exceeds 90 days and they're very unorganized and mismanaged.
