Since calling me wasn’t something that worked since I can’t always get to my phone, nor do I like answering it for numbers that aren’t saved, I asked them to send me text updates. 5 Star : My Experience Debra was accommodating for me. I was able to schedule to have my vehicle fixed while I was already going to be out of town so I didnt even have to get a car rental. They even had the techs check out another issue for me while it was there.. in and out in a week thanks to rich having the correct parts ordered. I love the text message updates.
