I came in today for a scheduled 4:00 PM appointment to look at a 2023 Kia Forte GT-Line. I arrived on time and waited over 20 minutes before anyone came to assist me. Not once did anyone greet me with a simple “hey, how are you doing?” or even acknowledge me as a customer. Once someone finally came over, the focus seemed to immediately be on whether I could “pay today” rather than actually making me feel welcomed or helping me understand the vehicle and financing options.
