After getting an email of refusal of accessing our 30 day repairs by some customer service director we were forwarded to the Irvine, CA lawyer for our new home built in Nevada. TRIPOINTE's lawyer continued with harassing threatening letters came as a surprise as we were told that he would be the point person for our 30 day repairs that were still not addressed after 60 days. I recommend to do your due diligence prior to making a purchase with Tripointe.
