Everyone I have worked with from Tri Pointe has been so incredibly kind, attentive, patient. They have made it their mission to see me happy in my new home. As a first-time home buyer moving in from out of state I had a million questions and concerns and they have gone above and beyond to address them all. I closed on my new home a month ago. Alan, my sales person, did a great job offering me a new pressure approach to purchasing a new home. As my closing was scheduled, I was handed off to Ted, the construction foreman, who did a great job working with me through the punchlist, and making sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have found the process of dealing with them great.
