Very bad experience by the end of 1 year. West park Brambleton houses all got more suffering than peace with Tripointe. Normal cracks here and there are expected. But most of the houses around the areas had foundation problems, multiple roof leaks, floor leaks, cracks in basement. Tripointe always makes lot of promises before you move in. We will be fixing for 2 3 years not like Van metre blah blah. But as your year ends they will just go deaf.
