Tripointe home’s management is rude, they only care about bottom line, not focused on customer service, will definitely screw over agents too so be careful there.
Ten months later our house caught COVID and then life support is nowhere to be found. Some of the people in customer care make efforts, but as a customer I feel like I’ve had to scratch and claw every concession away from them. The us vs. them mentality is almost as offensive as in car dealerships. These people will find any excuse to not even bother showing up when we have complaints about materials and workmanship.
