Linda who sometimes answers the phone and helps with chemicals is wonderful... HOWEVER the workers who come out to open the pool, fix problems, and do maintenance are unreliable, rude, lazy, and do not guarantee their work. They caused leaks in the pipes due to poor workmanships and then denied it was them even though they were the only company my family has used. Awful business. I'll start at the beginning. My mother is handicapped, and she needs a pool in working order--I informed them of this. She needs it for leg excercise, as it's the only way she can easily move her legs. The pool was cloudy with dirt after some hard storms, I couldn't clean it myself. We first contacted them on April 9th, they showed up to work on it some time in mid May, and finished on the 19th. The only reason I rated them a zero is because a zero is not an option. Customer service is horrible! They are very unreliable! I called to set up an apt to get a pool inspection for a house in trying to buy! The day of the inspection I called ahead of time to make sure everything was still a go! The woman that answered the phone said that she needed to call someone to verify. Worked for two-three weeks trying to get service done by Tri Mountain Pools. Very disatisfied with the customer service, timing and attidute. Was told many times would call back and never received that call back. Tried to voice concerns on phone with someone last night and that person was very rude. I never had a problem with them in the past when going into store. Maybe they just need to organize their service better. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Left wrinkles in our liner. They will also scream at you, not get in contact with you for several weeks, and blame your kids for what they've messed up on your pool! They also sold us the wrong amount of product for our pool! We are now using the other pool place in Russellville. Much better service!
