Jeff Morrell of Tri-Lakes Roofing hired my company to install the gutters on a home. We did this, as we have done a few times. Every time it is a nightmare to collect payment. This last time we were forced to file a lien on the homeowner. This is not fair to the homeowner, they have already paid for the service but sadly in the industry this is the way it it. Scab of a company! If you want a lien filed on your house this is the perfect company to go with! Doesnt pay sub-contractors. Behind the curtain contractor that cannot get the job done. John White is the only person to keep the company rolling. Ever since John quit the company went downhill! John now works for total roofing and i highly recommend going with them instead! We paid in full and are now having a lien taken on our property because Tri-Lakes Roofing did not pay the shingle supplier for our shingles! Apparently Tri Lakes has skipped town or something, costing us the full amount of our roof plus an extra $13,000 for shingles they didn't pay the manufacturer for! IF YOU FIND THESE GUYS, PL:EASE POST THEIR WHEREABOUTS SO THEY CAN BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SCAM!!
Must Be out of business because they didn't pay their subs and got sued in court and lost
