He replaced a part in the clothes dryer without my preapproval. When given payment he said he would email receipt. No receipt was received. 1 day later the dryer quits again. This service person was called and stated the dryer was working when he left and stated the occupant most likely kinked the dryer vent. He stated he was out of town and could not fix it until next week. No information of venting problems reported when taking payment. Was very defensive when asked about using used parts! Buyer Beware! Absolutely terrible service, both technically and personally! Alex came to fix my washing machine and assured me that he would be able to fix it ("easy fix"). I was charged $100 deposit for the part to be ordered. When the part arrived, he came to install it and did not know what he was doing at all - he was watching YouTube videos to figure out the repair.
