Rated Zero stars. Terrible, terrible, terrible place!! Very rude people, who like to railroad and manipulate people. This company is the worst of the worst! Very shady! Dealt with them for 5 years and they were rude, ignorant and unprofessional. They may have been in business for many years but this company is disreputable. My advice: Never enter into any business with them.
My husband and I paid for unit (The computer assigned #110) @ Covenant Storage online on 03/09/ 23 @ 11:16 PM. We had a U-Haul truck with a deadline to empty and return the truck. When we got there, there was a lock on the unit. We spoke to a lady who was vacuuming out a car behind the front building. She said they had sold the storage business and to call the # on the sign. We called every # we could and left messages per the recording. It is now & no one has called us back.....We then had to rent with another more expensiv... read more
