I don't do massage for a "treat" or self care. I go when there's a problem. Tri-Covery is perfect at focusing on the issue and having unparalleled knowledge and ability to fix it. I went here for an IT band issue although I did not know this was the problem until Kiara explained it to me. All I knew was that my leg ached when I did certain movements. I simply told her roughly where and when it hurt, and she diagnosed the issue quickly after she started my sports massage. She enthusiastically explained how my problem came to be (likely several things slowly over time) and shared suggestions on how to help myself at home. Get service, friendly and knowledgeable therapist.
I work with Adam and he is amazing. He specializes in corrective excersise. He helps me work out in a way that I won't hurt myself. When an area of my body is hurting, he shows me excersise to correct my movement to alleviate the pain. I have been seeing him for nearly 10 years and he keeps me moving.
