Got lucky enough to work with Jeff to help me with some shoulder pain I was experiencing and I must say that he has incredible knowledge about how every part of the body is connected. He was able to target the area I needed help with and clearly explain to me how everything was connected. This certainly sped up my recovery and gave me insight as to how to prevent damage in the future. Great, clean facility, super friendly staff and great service all around. Highly recommend!
I started visiting TriCovery for sports massage to aid in my run training recovery in 2014/2015. After running 3 marathons and being injured for over a year, I started working with a Functional Corrective Exercise Specialist, Adam Mundy.
