I had a sewer line coming out of my house (and into the main line) clogged up. The folks at the company not just solved the problem by did so by saving me thousands of dollars. The line was clogged by a paving company that simply dumped asphalt stones into a sewer riser and covered it with asphalt. The folks managed to discover the riser cap under the asphalt and unclog it, instead of offering to excavate the line (which would be a typical option costing at least a few thousands).
