I have done over a dozen real estate transactions over the years and typically the title companies do the minimum to get the deal done. I thought that was standard and never expected any more. Tri-County in Plymouth was the clear exception. They went above and beyond - helping me with questions and even researching and then advising me on homestead/residency requirements after the close.
