I had to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I found TCTS computer repair on the internet. I dealt with Adam and John. Both were professional and knowledgeable. My experience with TCTS was superb. I had no problems whatsoever. If you need to upgrade like me or need other computer services, I would recommend these gentlemen.
I have been here a few times and each time my issues were resolved quickly. Staff is very helpful. HIghly recommend this place for you computer needs.
This place is amazing. Communication is amazing I knew everything that was happening at all time. John sat with me and explained everything he did to repair my brick of a pc. Its working better then every and I could not be happier. Could not recommend them any more. Whatever your problem they will have a solution. 10 out of 5 stars
Adam is the best! I have used his service several times and I am always extremely satisfied. Yesterday, in particular, I truly appreciated his expertise. I was on the phone with HP for 2 hours trying to get my computer to start and they were unable to do so. I called Adam and he spent about a half hour on the phone with me discussing possible issues and solutions. He then asked me to come in to the store. Adam got my computer starting in about 1 minute!! Had a computer emergency, these guys were able to fix our issue same day. They also have a nice selection of computers for sale and I was able to get a new laptop for a great price! 5 star business all around!
