Adam and his team over at TCTS were absolutely fantastic! Fast, responsive with second to none customer service. Adam was able to quickly identify the issue with my PC, inform me of the issue, let me know what was needed to fix it, how much it would cost and when I could expect to get my PC back. He was very transparent and fair. He stands by his word and I felt very comfortable doing business with him. If I have any PC issues in the future, I already have Adam and TCTS on speed dial!
Adam and his staff are always available when I come to there office for a questions or when I have an issue with my laptop. GREAT customer service and they are reasonable on price as well as fast with the turn around on each job I have brought into the store .I cant say anything but they are AWESOME and I HIGHLY recommend TCTS Computer Repair Center and Adam and his staff. Don't look any further just call them and they will help you like they helped me with my Dell laptop .A+
I have needed multiple times over the last 7 or so years. I have bought 2 pre-owned computers that were up to date, twice they have restored me after brick wall virus attacks and most recently went the extra mile to solve the inability to get my scanner working while saving me from loosing all my data. They have always been available with great advice and service.
