Wonderful experience from start to finish. The technician was on time, polite, and fixed my HVAC system quickly. Will definitely hire again.
I was amazed by the level of service! The technician serviced my HVAC and cleaned my chimney, ensuring that everything was operating safely and efficiently. I will certainly utilize them once more.
Technician was sent to my house by GE for warranty work on my washer. He was very rude upon arrival I wasn't home my wife was she said his attitude was horrible from the moment he arrived. All he was to do was replace the dispenser tray that had broken, he replaced it and abruptly left not even checking his work, next load of laundry my wife does that evening water was going all over the floor under the washer. I would never recommend this company to come into anyone's home.
We purchased new Frigidaire refrigerator from Home Goods in Tazewell. The freezer seal was not sealing causing air to crate ice crystals. Home Goods responded quickly by contacting Ralph Queener Tri-County Services, Frigidaire's Maintenance Tech. Ralph arrived the next day, checked the fridge and ordered the parts. In less that a week, he returned and did the repair. He was professional and friendly. We are very pleased with Home Goods and Ralph's quick response.
Spoke to the man on the phone he did not ask any details and when he came all he did was look at the make and model of the washing machine charges $85 for a service call and tell us that he would have to go find out how much the parts would be or if it would even be worth fixing. I would’ve thought he could’ve gotten that information over the phone because we already had the problem diagnosed we just needed someone with the knowledge to fix it.
