Absolute professionals. They even work on dirtbikes, brought my motorcycle for them to fix\diagnose idle\sputtering issues that another shop failed to find\repair. After an hour they found carburator damage that was so obvious it was hard not to miss and had the bike repaired in a week. (had to wait for part to arrive) They have my motorcycle repair business now. You can't go wrong trusting these guys to work on your trucks and motorcycles.
Seriously can’t say enough about this roadside assistance we got today. We ran out of gas just 2 miles from the mountain home exit. Sitting on the freeway in crazy Labor Day traffic in 100 degree weather with our dog was a little stressful and hot. Best service ever! Nicest guy too! Thank you Tyler! 10 out of 5 for these guys!
All I can say is I give them 10 out of 5 stars! My family and I was going camping when the fuel pump went out on my truck and I was stuck on the side of the road when Jason stopped and made the impossible, possible. He told me we need to get you and your family out camping asap. He did exactly that and within a couple hrs I was on my way. All the people at tri county were unbelievably helpful. Dropped my truck off with an unexpected electrical/starting issue and they had it diagnosed and repaired in an hour! Y'all are lifesavers!
Extremely professional. We were in a clear jam stuck in the mud. He quoted a lower price than anyone else I called and stuck to it even when he could have taken advantage of a horrible predicament. Stand up service and profession. He kept the vehicle from getting any more damage than what was truly caused by getting stuck. I will definitely call them first and recommend to anyone I know.
I can’t say enough about how great Jason and his business operates. He is an outstanding businessman and you can tell how it reflects with his workers. They were very professional from the start to the finish with how they handle my vehicle and stay with it till they fixed the problem in a very timely fashion.
