Don't ever rent a property from this company! I should have read the reviews before I even attempted to do business with them. I find it funny that 2 years later I am having the same problem with them as the person who reviewed them before me. The lady who handles the applications has been nothing but short, rude, and unprofessional to me, during the whole process. I have recently gone to the office of Tri-county after viewing their property and was treated awful. We were ignored for at least 15mins. The women that sits near the door was the worst she refused to speak to me directly and called her assistant in to do that. Everyone was being stand offish and didn't want to answer any of my questions! Since I was treated this way I left and never submitted my paperwork.
