RecommendedElsie is the best doctor we have come across there. She listens and doesn’t just prescribe medicine unnecessarily. She understands that parents have ideas and have done research too about what an issue might be and she takes that into real consideration.
need more better doctors. the only good doctor they have left is elsie. she's the best. my kids were in ICU because of these doctors not doing there job. nor the nurses that sit around all day
it takes them WEEKS to fax over a simple vaccination record - I’ve had this issue twice this year with them. we moved to another state and need my daughter’s records for a new doctor. the first time it happened, I had to call every couple days trying to get them to fax records for a physical, now I’m a week in to trying to get them to fax them to a new doctor and they told me it will take them weeks to fax it. absolutely ridiculous.
We have been sitting in the back room waiting for almost an hour for the nurse. We came at 3:45 and it is now 5. I walked out and asked if someone was coming and they said yes... still no one. This is crazy I understand being busy, but no one is here only 3 cars in the parking lot.
They were very helpful and took care of our 3 boys.
Very good doctors, especially Dr. Shah. My kids have been going here for years. Two are grown now. My youngest still goes here and ther older 2 probably would if it wasn't a pediatrician office.
Terrible, ignorant doctors. Lazy physicians don’t care about your kids, they just care about their paychecks. Only one doctor worth seeing, the rest are TRASH
The york office is completely unorganized! Both kids were sick and apparently they do not do walk-in's for sick patients! Was told I had an appointment on one day at a certain time drove 30 minutes to get there only to find out it was the day before. No apology and no let me help you! Only well we are full up today with only 2 people in the waiting room! Finally got an appointment, but had to jump through hoops! Everytime we go there is some kinda problem ....be it the dr......the receptionist .....the records ......or something as simple as them forgetting to call prescriptions in ......thought we finally found a good dr. outta the crowd today but ive been to the pharmacy 2 times since we left and they havent called in my sons prescription.....now my girlfriend is at walgreens 8 hours later trying to get his meds before they close and still no prescription called in.....
