As a first time mom who also has Medicaid, I was a little nervous about who I would choose to have as my daughter's primary care provider. My 3rd child came for his 4 year old shots today. He was ill and ornery for sure. Ms Elsie gave him her complete undivided attention and read him a story to calm his nerves. When he got his shots he ended up doing wonderfully and didnt even cry one single tear! This woman has been amazing while seeing all 3 of my boys. She's truly a God sent!
