RecommendedI absolutely love them. Everyone is so nice and friendly from the time you go to check in until it’s time to leave. The Courtesy calls and check up calls are amazing to get as well. They truly do care about their people.
1 star I do not recommend. I went to the urgent care/emergency room twice have never been treated so poorly in my entire life I’m a licensed healthcare professional with a double MBA and they treat me like I’m a crackhead when I go there and the doctor today look at me by the way I have a torn rotator cup and a pulled tendon in my arm and said “what do you want me to give you morphine shot you want me to shoot you up on morphine” and proceeded to call the police because I was upset and trying to have a conversation with her ... read more

I received my 2nd round of chemo treatment here yesterday. My 1st round was in Lacrosse. I thought Lacrosse did a good job but Whitehall surpassed as far as a rating goes. Much more personable and caring! I am grateful for this facility so close to home.
