I’ve been coming here for years. The care by the doctors has always been so/so. I’m saying that mainly from a compassion stand point. I understand doctors have jobs to do, however, when Dr. Henderson came into the room he was rude, overly curt, and condescending in his explanation of why he wouldn’t treat my husband. As a health care facility they don't care much about your health. Not a mask to be seen. I had to look across the room for hand sanitizer. I didn't stay to see if the Doctor was wearing one. None of the people, staff or patients had masks. When I pointed out that I could have covid19, because I have a cough and my daughter couldn't smell or taste coming from NYC, they said it was "our choice."
Hopefully you NEVER have to speak with Debbie from the Billing Department here. She is VERY RUDE, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and VERY CONDESCENDING. My family will NEVER step foot in this place again. I feel that they do NOT bill correctly and when you ask about it of course you can only talk to Debbie who refuses to give you a Straight Answer!?!?!? We will be taking our business to Hometown Urgent Care.

I’ve grown up using these people and always remember them to be very pleasant sufficient people. Dr.Lange has always been amazing, and some other physicians as well. I went in for a simple wellness exam for work. I am in my mid twenties I’ve worked in health care for most of my professional career. Been here once. Nice staff and the Dr was efficient and friendly. BTW - if you leave 1-3 stars and do not leave a comment, your review has little credibility.
I’ve been going here for years and years. They are my family doctors. If they weren’t such great diagnosticians I wouldn’t be here. I had lung cancer and they were able to find it before it became a killer. Great, knowledgeable Doctors. Staff is so caring and kind. I’ve been there with a migraine and they have already turned the lights way down in the waiting room.
Great staff and doctors that really help make a difference in the community. They listen and treat everyone appropriately.
