I live at their apartments on 1st street and everything has been a great experience. LaDonna is very kind and always resolves any issues we ran into quickly. I can tell she cares a lot about her tennents so I highly recommend!
I live at their Locust apartments. This has been my best landlord- hands down. LaDonna and the maintenance team are so kind and communicate very well. I have never had an issue living here. They have done improvements such as refurbishing my whole bathroom! I have NEVER had a landlord do that. As a graduate student, their apartments have been perfect for me. Tri County Management group has been wonderful. I appreciate that there is always early communication, via email, for showings, quarterly exterminator visits, and air filter maintenance. In my experience, LaDonna and Dave have always been very friendly, kind, and helpful.
The management isnt well. No human understanding of life. They’re money hungry.
