This company is PHENOMENAL. Nancy was beyond sensitive to the fact that my air was not working in the dead of summer and got me booked immediately and had the customer service you just don's see anymore today. She even followed up with a call 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. Pete the Tech was beyond knowledgeable and was able to fix my A/C in under an hour. Pete and Nancy are a great team. Nancy is super friendly, efficient and very responsive. Pete is technically proficient. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix what 2 previous AC companies were not able to identify. Choose Tri-County over the other guys; you will not be disappointed! Definitely 5 stars.
